We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Clinic Manager to lead our team, drive revenue growth, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about wellness, sales, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Needs Assessment

Identify and understand customer needs, and offer suitable products or services to meet those needs.

  • Sales Guidance & Conversion

Guide potential clients in discovering their requirements and present the best solutions to fulfill them.

  • Sales Target Achievement

Consistently meet or exceed the monthly sales quota.

  • Client Relationship Management

Maintain regular contact with clients and build long-lasting relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Marketing & Promotion

Take charge of promoting clinic products and services through various marketing strategies.

  • Sales Outreach

Conduct sales calls and engage with both prospective and existing customers to generate revenue.

  • Sales Innovation

Develop and implement creative sales techniques to enhance customer engagement and increase conversions.

  • Customer Service Resolution

Address and resolve customer complaints promptly while protecting the clinic's brand and image.

  • Team Management

Foster a positive working environment through open communication and regular team meetings.

  • Social Media Engagement

Respond to all social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high client conversion rates.

  • Cost Control & Profitability

Implement effective cost-control measures across supplies, utilities, and manpower to maintain and enhance clinic profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or clinic operations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and manage a team effectively
  • Proficient in social media and digital communication
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
