The Clinical Trainer - Aesthetic device is responsible for delivering high-quality training on the safe, effective, and compliant use of medical aesthetic equipment. This role combines clinical expertise with hands-on technical training in devices. The trainer ensures that healthcare professionals are competent and confident in using these machines to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinical & Technical Training:

  • Conduct hands-on training sessions and demonstrations for physicians, nurses, aestheticians, and clinic staff on aesthetic machines
  • Provide instruction on machine settings, patient selection, contraindications, treatment protocols, and safety precautions.
  • Support onboarding and upskilling of internal and external clinic staff and partners.

2. Content Development:

  • Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials, SOPs, user manuals, treatment guidelines, and video tutorials.
  • Customize training programs for different experience levels and job roles.

3. Clinical Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Offer post-training support and guidance to ensure proper technique, efficacy, and safety.
  • Provide feedback to R&D or product teams on user experience and device performance.

4. Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure all training aligns with clinical standards, manufacturer guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate practitioners on adverse event prevention, hygiene protocols, and risk mitigation.

5. Product Demonstration & Education:

  • Represent the company or clinic at workshops, trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
  • Perform live product demonstrations for prospective clients or sales support teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote training as part of the overall service offering.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • Registered Nurse (RN), Medical Doctor (MD), or equivalent clinical qualification.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience with medical-grade aesthetic machines.

  • Prior training, education, or teaching experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment.
  • Experience working with leading aesthetic device brands

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Solid understanding of skin anatomy, laser physics, and treatment indications.
  • Technically proficient with aesthetic machines and comfort in using new technologies.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to train professionals with varying skill levels.

Working Conditions:
  • Requires travel to client sites, clinics, or training centers.
  • May include occasional evenings or weekends to meet client availability.
  • Exposure to clinical treatment environments and medical equipment.
