Job Description
As a Technical Account Manager, you'll serve as the trusted advisor for clients using our software. You'll resolve technical issues, guide adoption, provide training, and recommend best practices to ensure maximum client satisfaction and long-term success.

Shift: Night shift, Weekends Off
Salary: Up to PHP 170,000
Work setup: Hybrid, Clark, Pampanga

The Qualifications We Seek
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a SaaS or technical support environment.
- Proven track record as an individual contributor, managing technical tasks and client interactions independently.
- Strong understanding of relational databases with the ability to read and interpret SQL (coding not required).
- Skilled in troubleshooting, client consulting, and solution delivery within complex systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills in client-facing roles.
- Adaptable and proactive, with an eagerness to grow technically and leverage AI tools for support and process improvement.
Your Daily Tasks
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients after software onboarding.
- Act as a trusted advisor to ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues, and guide adoption.
- Provide technical expertise in system setup, troubleshooting, and database-related issues.
- Train clients, suggest best practices, and align product usage with strategic goals.
- Ensure smooth communication and maintain strong relationships to maximize product value.
- Measure success through client satisfaction (CSAT) and product adoption.
