The Technical City Executive is responsible for technical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of devices while managing day-to-day operational plans. This role also includes the collection of outstanding balances from clients, ensuring that financial obligations are met on time. This dual-role position is critical in delivering exceptional technical and operational support, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring financial accountability for our client

Responsibilities:

Device Installation and Upkeep:

  • Perform GPS, camera, and electronic ticketing device installations.
  • Conduct device upkeep, ensuring all units are functional and up-to-date.

Troubleshooting and Repairs:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with AFCS, GPS, and cameras.
  • Perform repairs on malfunctioning devices, ensuring minimal downtime.

Retrieval and Reinstallation:

  • Manage retrieval and reinstallation of devices when required.
  • Assist in the pull-out of units as per operational directives.

Device Maintenance:

  • Regularly perform preventive maintenance on devices to ensure longevity and reliability.

Client and Partner Relationship Management:

  • Support the Operations Head in maintaining strong client relationships and meeting their requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical and operational issues in the assigned area.

Dashboard Monitoring and Issue Resolution:

  • Monitor operational dashboards (GPS, AFCS, etc.) to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of technical experience, including device installation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in operations or client-facing roles within a technology or transport-related field is a plus.
  • Possess own transportation (2-wheeled vehicle)
  • Based in South Luzon or Antipolo
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electronic devices (GPS, cameras, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of operational tools like GPS dashboards and data tools.
