Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and executive support directly to the President. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage the President's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information at all times.
  • Assist in preparing documents and reports needed for business meetings and decision-making.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks or issues.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely submission of reports.
  • Support the President in organizing company events, projects, and initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of related experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or corporate environment is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Possesses a strong personality with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with diverse individuals.
  • Willing and open to travel.
  • Having a valid driver's license is an advantage.
  • Can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
