Brand Management Associate

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing the hospital's branding strategy in alignment with its mission, vision, and patient-centered care philosophy.
  • Collect and analyze data on patient perceptions, community health needs, and competitor healthcare facilities to support branding decisions.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand standards (logo, messaging) across hospital signage, patient materials, uniforms, and digital platforms.
  • Help plan and implement public health campaigns, wellness promotions, and hospital service awareness programs targeting the community.
  • Work closely with clinical units to understand their services and translate them into patient-friendly communications and brand-aligned messaging.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of brochures, flyers, videos, and infographics that align with hospital branding and educate patients effectively.
  • Help manage the hospital's website and social media channels to ensure accuracy, branding alignment, and timely updates on services and initiatives.
  • Track metrics such as patient feedback, social media engagement, and brand awareness to evaluate the effectiveness of branding efforts.
  • Participate in planning and execution of hospital events, such as health fairs, seminars, and community outreach programs, ensuring consistent brand presentation.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
