Qualifications
Graduate of any 4-year business-related course (e.g., Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or related).
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a secretary, administrative staff, or personal assistant (preferred but not always required).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills (oral and written).
- Can handle confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
## Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings of the executive.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in arranging travel itineraries, accommodations, and events.
- Maintain proper filing system for easy access of records.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and clients, employees, or external partners.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of requirements.
- Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and office supply monitoring.
- Take minutes of meetings and distribute to concerned parties.
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Can start as soon as possible
