We have an opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team.
This opportunity in a nutshell
Acquiring and retaining customer in heavy industry and mining customer base through Solenis unique technologies and service philosophy to create value for customer/prospects.
What you need to be successful
Background in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, or Metallurgical Engineering
Water Treatment Experience 3–5 years of relevant experience in water treatment applications such as cooling, boiler, reverse osmosis, wastewater, and raw water systems in heavy industries (e.g., petroleum, steel, mining, power plants, pulp and paper) or in mid-market sectors such as semiconductor or electronics companies.
Mining Industry Experience will be advantage: 3–5 years of relevant experience, particularly in mining operations and mineral processing plants.
Technical Exposure: Familiarity with dosing and controlling equipment and chemical solutions used in water and mining will be helpful.
Water Treatment Expertise: Background in selling water treatment products for cooling, boiler and raw/wastewater application. Mining flocculant, antiscalant, viscosity modifier and grinding aid exposure will be advantage.
Customer Engagement: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage service teams, listen actively, and ask the right questions.
Sales Skills: Capable of maintaining and growing existing accounts, upselling solutions, and identifying new business opportunities.
Professional Traits: Demonstrates patience and persistence, particularly in navigating delays and long sales cycles.
