Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
to join our team and play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade solutions for clients using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise, particularly in the
Sales, Customer Service
, and
Marketing
modules, and be adept at engaging stakeholders, translating business needs into functional designs, and configuring systems using best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to develop solution designs.
  • Translate business processes into functional specifications.
  • Design solutions using
    Dynamics 365 CE
    out-of-the-box features and codeless extensibility.
  • Perform fit-gap analyses and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) based on documented requirements.
  • Ensure alignment with business processes and compliance with best practices.
  • Support testing phases including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Identify and resolve configuration issues and ensure solution quality.
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including functional design documents, configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Use methodologies such as
    Microsoft Sure Step
    or equivalent.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience working with
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
    modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of the
    Power Platform
    , including
    Power Apps
    ,
    Power Automate
    , and
    Power BI
    .
  • Experience with
    multi-language
    deployments and
    industry-specific
    implementations (e.g., Banking, Finance).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at various levels.
  • Understanding of
    Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
    , data migration, and integration strategies.
  • Proficiency in creating solution artifacts such as
    ERDs, wireframes/mock-ups
    , and user stories.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams in agile or waterfall environments.
