Position Overview

The Senior Microsoft Dynamics Engineer will lead the design, customization, integration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across the organization. This role requires deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service), coupled with hands-on experience in system architecture, development, and process automation.You will serve as a technical authority for Dynamics solutions, driving innovation, ensuring scalability, and delivering robust, high-performing business systems.

Key Responsibilities

System Architecture & Development

  • Lead end-to-end solution design, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

  • Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate.

  • Optimize system performance, security, and scalability through effective architecture and data modeling.

  • Ensure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and documentation protocols.

Technical Skills

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Dynamics solutions.

  • Champion best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and version control within Dynamics environments.

  • Stay current on Microsoft Dynamics updates, emerging technologies, and integration tools.

Implementation & Support

  • Oversee Dynamics 365 solution deployments, migrations, and upgrades.

  • Manage troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis of system issues.

  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, workflows, and support materials.

  • Collaborate with Microsoft and third-party vendors to resolve technical challenges.

Governance & Compliance

  • Implement and enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards.

  • Ensure Dynamics systems align with corporate IT policies and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR).

  • Conduct periodic system health checks and performance tuning.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service).

  • Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

  • Hands-on experience with C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, and Azure services.

  • Proven experience with API integrations, data migrations, and system customization.

  • Familiarity with SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect / Developer Associate preferred.

Key Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives.

  • Deep understanding of ERP / CRM business processes.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O).

  • Background in enterprise integration architecture and API-driven systems.

  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and data analytics tools.

  • Previous consulting or multi-tenant deployment experience.

  • Availability: Candidates who can start immediately are highly preferred.
