As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment.


• Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.


• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline processes and enhance productivity.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.


• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.


• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.


• Identify training needs and provide necessary training to enhance skills and knowledge.


• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies.


• Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.

Qualifications:


• College Graduate with a degree of Business Administration or Related Course.


• Proven experience (1 year or more) in a supervisory or managerial role within operations.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Proficient in using Excel/ Sheets and willing to learn to use new software.


• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.


• Can work with less supervision
