About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Supervisor to join the team at KAYA Korean BBQ Restaurant in our Mandaue City, Cebu location. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a dynamic team of hospitality professionals.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen personnel
  • Monitor service levels, staffing needs, and workflow to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members to support their professional development
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and courteous manner
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement new policies, procedures, and initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene standards

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the f&b industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to handle challenging situations with poise
  • Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and other operational tasks
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
