Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and team performance. The role is responsible for monitoring inventory accuracy, coordinating inbound and outbound activities, and ensuring operational efficiency while meeting customer expectations. The position also involves proposing and implementing process improvements to maximize space utilization and delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the general operations of the warehouse and its personnel.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring system and physical counts are always aligned.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound activities, ensuring timely receipt and release of items.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to meet operational demands.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement projects to enhance warehouse efficiency, space utilization, and fleet performance.
  • Train, motivate, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any related course.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse and logistics operations as a Supervisor.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable, with high integrity and a strong sense of work ethics.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and deliver results.
  • Willing to be assigned in Taguig.
