ABOUT THE COMPANY:

CARLSON INNOTECH CORPORATION was established on July 8, 2011, by a group of engineers and professionals engaged in Air-conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation, Plumbing/Sanitary, Fire Protection, Electrical and Mechanical Construction Works, and Technical Maintenance.

Our team is composed of engineers and skilled personnel who are adept in the construction and maintenance of commercial and industrial facilities; who have been exposed to different systematic managerial analyses and programs; and who have sufficient experience and exposure in contracting and maintenance of buildings in various projects nationwide, thus making CARLSON INNOTECH CORPORATION capable and qualified to perform electro-mechanical engineering works and technical services.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in a QA/QC role, preferably with exposure to mechanical works, Fire Protection and plumbing.
  • Broad knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, installation methods, and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations related to HVAC.
  • Stron1g attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow in the field of QA/QC.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with the project team.
  • Proficiency in using basic quality control tools and software for documentation and reporting.

  • Prepare QAQC methodologies
  • QAQC Documentations
  • Coordination with billing documents
  • Presentation of weekly/Monthly report
  • Walkthrough/Inspection
  • Establish good communication with the client
  • Safekeeping of QAQC documents
