About the role

As a QAQC Engineer (EE/ECE) at Net Pacific, Inc.', you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of electrical and electronic products and systems. This full-time role is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila and will play a crucial part in maintaining the company's high standards of excellence.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control processes for electrical and electronic components and assemblies
  2. Conducting inspections, testing, and analysis to identify and resolve quality issues
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  4. Maintaining comprehensive quality documentation and records
  5. Providing technical guidance and training to production staff on quality assurance best practices
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality management

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
  2. 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry
  3. Proven track record of implementing effective quality control systems and processes
  4. Strong technical knowledge of electrical and electronic components, systems, and manufacturing processes
  5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  6. Effective communication and collaborative skills to work cross-functionally
  7. Familiarity with quality management standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, IEC, ANSI)
