Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Baldo Construction and Development Corporation Full time ₱400,000 - ₱800,000 per year

Monitor and evaluate the quality of MEPFS works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection System) during all project phases.

Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, checklists, and inspection plans for Civil/ MEPFS systems.

Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.

Ensure that all MEPFS/Civil materials and equipment are tested and meet the required quality standards

Prepare detailed QAQC reports, inspection logs, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective actions as required.

Ensure all MEPFS/Civil work complies with local building codes, health, and safety regulations.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a QAQC Engineer in construction or engineering projects, specifically in MEPFS systems and/or Civil works
  • Experience with project management and construction quality control procedures is an advantage.
