About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative who thrives on the phone, uncovers quality leads, and brings energy to every interaction.

In this role:

  • 80% of your time = speaking directly with potential clients
  • 20% of your time = researching and generating fresh leads

You'll be the first voice prospects hear the one who sets the tone for their journey with us.


What You'll Do

  • Make 60–80 outbound calls daily to engage potential customers
  • Qualify and nurture leads to build a healthy sales pipeline
  • Communicate our value proposition in a way that resonates
  • Book and confirm meetings/demos for the sales team
  • Follow up with warm leads and re-engage dormant contacts
  • Research and source prospects via online platforms, social media, and directories
  • Keep CRM records accurate, updated, and insightful

What We're Looking For

  • 2 - 3 years experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation
  • Experience in agencies or digital marketing is a plus
  • Experience with AU or US clients is preferred
  • Are confident making high-volume calls and handle rejection well
  • Speak with clarity, confidence, and charisma
  • Balance speed and quality in lead qualification
  • Are tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools
  • Are proactive, self-motivated, and driven to exceed targets
