About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team at Daila Herbal Community Enterprises, Inc. This full-time position is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila and will play a crucial role in expanding our sales and customer base.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively reach out to new potential customers to generate sales leads
  2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to promote our range of herbal products
  3. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with existing clients
  4. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional strategies
  6. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods or health/wellness industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills
  4. Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to succeed
  5. Good organizational and time management skills
  6. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  7. Passionate about natural and herbal products
