We are hiring a Field Sales Representative to promote and sell autoclaved lightweight concrete (ALC) wall panels across Quezon City, Metro Manila. While the role is focused on sales, the candidate will be trained to understand the basic installation process to confidently respond to client inquiries and provide technical support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote ALC wall panels to contractors, developers, and builders
  • Visit project sites and conduct client meetings or presentations
  • Learn and understand the step-by-step installation process of ALC panels
  • Provide product information and basic technical guidance to clients
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for smooth deliveries
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Prepare quotations, reports, and follow-ups on leads

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (Engineering/Construction or Marketing background is a plus)
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Willing to be trained in the installation process of ALC wall panels
  • Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude
  • Willing to work in field settings (job sites) around Quezon City/Metro Manila.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php26,000.00 per month
