Formworks Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Prepares layout and shop drawings of formworks and scaffoldings during the various stages of work as needed.

  2. Planning and allocation of materials of formwork activities in coordination with concerned persons at site.

  3. Monitors and supervises actual form installation ensuring proper execution and safe work ethics is being implemented.

  4. Evaluates performance and billings of formworks subcontractor/s and submit it to Cost Engineer for proper documentation.

  5. Provide reports regarding manpower monitoring, accomplishment and formworks status at site.

  6. Adhere to Formworks policies, guidelines and manuals as provided.

  7. To perform other activities or tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

  8. Revise drawings or advice according to changes in the customer specification or site condition.

  9. Coordinate to the formworks team for the drawings, calculations and the revisions of formworks layout as per site condition.

  10. Monitor form stripping and ensures that form equipment are properly taken cared off.

  11. Study the process and application of formworks system at the project site.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Strong written, communication and problem-solving skills

  2. Strong leadership and management skills

  3. Computer proficient with ability to adapt to new innovations and processes 4. Strong attention to details

  4. AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Years of experience: 1-2 years of related work experience.

Education: Bachelor's / College Graduate of Civil Engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
