We are looking for a Formworks Manager who will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of all formwork activities on construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely and safe installation, maintenance, and dismantling of formwork systems in full compliance with project specifications, engineering plans, and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Plan and oversee formwork operations, including preparation, installation, and removal.

2. Supervise and coordinate formwork crews and subcontractors.

3. Interpret and implement structural and architectural drawings and specifications related to formworks.

4. Ensure all formworks comply with engineering standards and safety regulations.

5. Coordinate with engineering, safety, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth workflow.

6. Monitor inventory and procurement of formwork materials and equipment.

7. Develop and maintain formwork schedules to align with overall project timelines.

8. Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections.

9. Train workers on formwork techniques and safety procedures.

10. Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in formworks management or similar roles.

3. In-depth knowledge of formwork systems.

4. Strong leadership and organizational skills.

5. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

6. Familiarity with safety and building codes.
