Slipform Technician

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Slipform Technician to join our team on an upcoming project in Batangas, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years of site experience in slipforming construction.

• Set up, operate, and maintain slipform rigs and hydraulic jacking systems.
• Monitor concrete pours to ensure uniform and continuous slipforming operations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or formwork alignment issues on-site.
• Ensure all slipform equipment is in optimal working condition before and during operations.
• Work closely with civil engineers and supervisors to achieve structural accuracy.

• Hands-on experience in slipforming operations is mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in slipform rig setup, operation, and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and formwork assembly plans.

• This role is open to candidates legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
• Adherence to safety protocols and proactive risk management in line with Philippine OSH standards.
