Lead Construction Projects

This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and lead construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the successful execution of ongoing projects while laying the groundwork for future initiatives.

  • Oversight and coordination of construction activities across all active and upcoming projects nationwide.
  • Ensuring project delivery within scope and timelines while upholding quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Collaboration with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve bottlenecks and mitigate risks.
  • Regular site visits to monitor progress, review operations, and ensure alignment with approved plans.
  • Development and implementation of construction schedules, resource plans, and procurement strategies.
  • Establishment and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for construction processes and quality assurance.
  • Leadership of performance management and professional development of project engineers, site managers, and construction teams.
  • Collaboration with finance, legal, and other departments to ensure operational alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (licensed Civil Engineer preferred).
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple, simultaneous mid- to large-scale projects.
  • Deep understanding of construction methodologies, cost control, contract management, and safety regulations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to flexible office and field schedules.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational review, career development, and guiding teams through cultural change.
  • Industry and technical knowledge in horizontal and vertical developments, formworks, precast systems, and cost review.
  • Soft skills in change management, conflict resolution, and fostering proactive, cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to produce executive-level reports with actionable strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating construction activities, ensuring project delivery within scope and timelines, collaborating with site teams, developing and implementing construction schedules, and establishing and maintaining standard operating procedures.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field and at least 10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
