Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients through calls, visits, and referrals.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and accurate sales documentation.
  • Coordinate with operations teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Track sales activities, collections, and performance reports using CRM tools.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally in Aircon, Pest Control, or service-related industries.
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to conduct client visits and field sales calls.
