Job Summary:

The Consumer Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling products or services directly to individual consumers. The role involves generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. A Consumer Sales Officer plays a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell company products/services to individual customers through various channels (in-person, phone, online).
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business through lead generation and referrals.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos when necessary.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and processing of sales transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service, product) to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php30,000.00 per month
