The Sales Account Officer is responsible to provide exemptional, reliable, and dedicated service to all franchise account-related needs. He or she is also responsible to address end consumer's concerns with the quality of our products and service.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides customer service to both franchise accounts and end consumers.
  • Assist in activating new stores which include checking the physical store, logistics, inventory, and recommending final touches before opening.
  • Address and coordinate Quick Service Staff concerns with the concerned department.
  • Conducts technical and refresher training which is not limited to technical skills, food safety practices, and proper handling of equipment
  • Oversee inventory in the branches are properly monitored, tracked, and recorded

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience in food service industry is a plus
  • Have experience in food retail
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and open to learn new things

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
