InPlace Network, a pioneering platform for employers, facilitates interaction with education bodies to arrange student work experience assignments and graduate recruitment programs. Its significant customers include the UK NHS and large hospital networks in the US. Lastly, InPlace Corrections serves as a comprehensive rehabilitation management platform for the prison sector, optimising prisoner education, rehabilitation, and reintegration and transition-out programs.

As a Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimising high-performance applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality software solutions while mentoring junior developers and ensuring best coding practices.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Design, build, and maintain solutions using SQL Server, .NET Core, entity Framework, Dapper, APIs, Angular and at least one of Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
  • Manage API-driven integrations and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Enhance the platform's functionality, performance, and scalability for placement management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers to elevate team performance.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of software development.
  • Expertise in SQL Server or Progress SQL, .NET Core, C#, APIs, and Angular for UI/UX development.
  • Strong knowledge of building user-friendly interfaces using Angular.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and multi-tenant environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
