Community Support Associate

Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Community Support Associate to join Intellidesk Coworking Space. This role is responsible for providing excellent front-desk support, assisting with administrative tasks, and helping maintain a positive and productive environment for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet and assist members, guests, and walk-ins.
- Handle inquiries through call, email, chat, and in person.
- Assist with tours, bookings, and membership inquiries.
Administrative Support
- Process invoices, payments, and related documents.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and petty cash.
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and internal communications.
Operations & Facility Support
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for repairs and cleanliness.
- Monitor meeting rooms, common areas, and equipment to ensure they are in optimal condition.
- Support event setup, logistics, and on-site requirements.
Community Engagement
- Assist in onboarding new members.
- Help facilitate community activities, announcements, and engagement efforts.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide timely support.
- Make and prepare quotation for clients
Other Tasks
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the coworking space.
- Perform other duties as needed by the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in coworking, or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Customer service–oriented, approachable, and proactive.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- With knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Experience in coworking, hospitality, or service-oriented industries is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
