Position Overview
The Sourcing Supervisor oversees the sourcing team and ensures efficient talent acquisition processes by developing effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. This role manages sourcing activities, improves pipelines, and collaborates with recruitment teams and hiring managers to meet organizational hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership
- Supervise, coach, and mentor Sourcing Specialists/Recruiters.
- Assign workloads, monitor performance, and ensure sourcing targets are met.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations.
2. Sourcing Strategy & Execution
- Develop strong sourcing strategies for various roles across the company.
- Utilize job boards, social media, databases, and networking to build talent pools.
- Implement creative sourcing techniques to find passive candidates.
3. Pipeline Management
- Maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to recruiters or hiring managers.
- Track pipeline progress and adjust strategies when needed.
4. Collaboration & Support
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Provide market insights, talent availability, and sourcing recommendations.
- Support recruitment initiatives and employer branding efforts.
5. Reporting & Process Improvement
- Monitor sourcing KPIs (e.g., volume of leads, conversion rates, time-to-source).
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Recommend improvements to increase sourcing efficiency and quality of hires.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role (preferred).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent sourcing abilities with knowledge of advanced search tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in ATS/HRIS and sourcing platforms.
