Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment Supervisor oversees the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely sourcing, screening, and selection of qualified candidates. This role supervises the recruitment team, develops sourcing strategies, maintains strong talent pipelines, and ensures recruitment activities align with organizational goals and workforce plans.
1.Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment Operations
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and job offer.
- Ensure all vacancies are filled within the target hiring timeline (TAT).
- Conduct interviews for key positions and provide hiring recommendations.
B. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise and mentor Recruitment Specialists/Assistants.
- Assign requisitions, monitor progress, and ensure productivity of team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings and coaching sessions.
C. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (online platforms, job fairs, employee referrals, campus partnerships, headhunters).
- Maintain and update a talent database for critical and high-volume roles.
D. Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to HR management and department leaders.
E. Process Improvement & Compliance
- Improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best hiring practices.
- Oversee background checks and pre-employment requirements.
F. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment dashboards.
- Track hiring metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, interview-to-hire ratio, and turnover of new hires.
2. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing methods.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical abilities.
