A. Employee Relations & Discipline
- Implement company rules, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.
- Prepare and administer Notices to Explain (NTEs), conduct administrative hearings, and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions.
- Handle employee grievances, complaints, and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive and respectful work environment across all sites.
B. Recruitment, Hiring & Deployment
- Supervise recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring.
- Coordinate manpower deployment for canteen, non-canteen, and event operations.
- Ensure timely onboarding, orientation, and completion of pre-employment requirements.
C. Timekeeping, Payroll Support & Benefits
- Oversee timekeeping validation, attendance monitoring, and leave administration.
- Coordinate with Payroll and Accounting on salary computation, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory requirements.
D. Labor Law Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain employee 201 files, contracts, memos, and HR records.
- Assist in DOLE inspections, audits, and report submissions.
E. Performance Management & Training Support
- Assist in performance evaluation processes and documentation.
- Coordinate training programs, orientations, and employee development initiatives.
- Monitor attendance, behavior, and performance trends and recommend improvements.
F. HR Reporting & Management Support
- Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and disciplinary cases.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to management.
- Supervise HR staff and ensure efficient HR service delivery.
