The role acts as the primary point of contact for customers seeking information or advice about products and services, with the objective of achieving sales and profitability targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. What will YOU do? Develop a deep understanding of the range of vehicles for sale and the customers' needs to ensure accurate dissemination of product benefits and features, contributing to sales and profitability.

Develop effective strategies to identify and attract prospective buyers. Manage the initial experience of walk-in customers during floor duty. Organize and maintain accurate documentation of sales reports to monitor team performance and plan effective sales strategies, as well as maintain the customer database to ensure loyalty and support.

Ensure the safe and accurate delivery of units to customers. Provide excellent after-sales service by following up on activities such as showroom visits, test drives, offers, delivery, and customer satisfaction surveys. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including permits acquisition, regulatory compliance, collections of payments, and store orderliness.
