Our comprehensive services include professional kitchen design, custom kitchen equipment fabrication, cold storage and heavy-duty refrigeration equipment, professional food service equipment, HVAC, industrial exhaust and fresh air systems, gas line and fire suppression installations, as well as kitchen builds, fit-outs, and renovations.
DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS
- Lead sales conversion. Handle incoming leads, build client relationships, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Client consultation and project scoping. Engage with chefs, restaurateurs, and other stakeholders to recommend tailored kitchen equipment and design-build solutions.
- Present and sell kitchen equipment and services, preparing proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to drive sales conversion.
- Oversee project handover. Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth transition after client signing.
- Manage and grow your sales pipeline with timely follow-ups, tracking, and consistent performance, including collaboration with marketing and business development teams to optimize lead generation efforts and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide culinary consultancy (menu development, recipe testing, R&D) as required.
Qualifications
- Culinary diploma holder from a reputable Culinary School or a Bachelor's Degree in or related to Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Hotel, F&B Operations and/or Product Development (Food)
- Minimum 1 year restaurant or kitchen management experience
- Background in recipe development, food costing, and kitchen training required
- Understanding of various ingredients, culinary equipment, and cooking procedures. Knowledge of best practices of operating in a commercial kitchen setting.
- Exposure to multiple different cuisines in a professional setting.
- Excellent communication skills (English and Tagalog).
- Familiar and knowledgeable with GMP, Food Safety, HACCP.
- Highly organized and capable of handling multiple competing priorities.
- Proficient with Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and/or Microsoft product
