Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as QS MEPF in Building Construction.
  • Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Computer literate using MS Office, AutoCAD, Planswift and other applicable software.
  • Well-versed in quantity surveying of MEPF Works.

Job Description:

  • To oversee the preparation of detailed quantity and cost estimates for all projects managed by his/her team.
  • Will review and Validate quantity/cost estimates prepared by team members, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
  • To maintain standardized cost planning and budgeting procedures within the team.
  • Will monitor overall project financial across all team-managed projects, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and adherence to budgets.
  • To implement innovative cost control measures to enhance overall project efficiency.
  • Will develop and implement cost management strategies to improved project profitability.
  • To conduct cost analysis for value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Will manage and maintain documentation related to project costs.
