Full job description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be well-versed in AutoCAD operation and layout.
  • Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting plans.
  • Know how to generate combined services drawings and shop drawings.
  • Knowledgeable in 3D/Sketchup, can do shop drawing and as-built plan in Civil, MEPFS, and Survey works
  • Must be able and willing to relocate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the preparation of design, shop, and as-built drawings as required during the construction, survey, designing, tendering, etc., of projects.
  • Prepares/revises detailed drawings using computer-aided design software as required.
  • Works with project engineers, surveyors, designers, etc., to ensure accurate drawings are produced.
  • Performs other related jobs/duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
