The Opportunity

As a Medical Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals across the Philippines. You will be responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities while executing strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets. With a focus on educating General Practitioners, Clinic Managers, and Nurses on our innovative pharmaceutical solutions, you will foster long-term partnerships that drive sustained business success.

Task and Responsibilities


• Build and strengthen trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals through face-to-face visits, calls, and digital channels.


• Become a product guru, confidently representing our diverse range of compounded medicines.


• Deliver fast, accurate, and customer-centered solutions — because healthcare waits for no one.


• Execute sales and marketing strategies that elevate brand presence and expand market share.


• Conduct profiling of Medical Doctors and trade accounts; prepare and submit required reports with accuracy and flair.


• Bring our Vision, Mission, Values, and Code of Conduct to life through every interaction.

Qualifications and Experience


• Proven experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales with a strong track record of success.


• An established network of healthcare professionals, including General Practitioners and Clinic/Practice Managers. A consultative sales approach, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.


• The ability to analyze market trends and develop high-impact sales strategies.


• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and travel regionally.


• Willingness to travel as required.


• A charismatic personality with exceptional communication skills.


• High levels of honesty, service, and personal integrity.


• Hunger to learn — especially in medical science and sales excellence.


• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines (you thrive, not just survive).
