Job Summary:

The Medical Representative shall update the medical and paramedical profession on promoted Products/Brands . He/she shall ensure that demand is created so that annual pre-set objectives are achieved in a given period of time.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Plans, organizes, implements daily call activities geared towards the achievement of territory sales/Rx targets.

  2. Promotes the product to the medical practitioners and other target groups by communicating its features and benefits.

  3. Controls territory expenses via effective planning and budgeting of sales and promotiona;l activities.

  4. Regularly meets with the District Manager to discuss plans, opportunities and potential problems that may affect performance.

  5. Weekly prepares and submits call reports on visits to doctors on a daily basis.

  6. Monitors and reports activities of competitors

  7. Designs and implements sales and promotional short-term strategies in line with national strategies to counter activities of competitors.

  8. Secures and is accountable for issued promotional materials to be distributed to doctors and other target customers.

  9. Maintains company-provided "tools of trade" e.g. company car, eTabs and other issued company properties in good working condition.

  10. Coordinates with distributors and sales counterparts to ensure product availability.

  11. Provides feedback to Sales Team on all sales and marketing related matters and market developments.

  12. Ensures implementation and execution of all Sales Forece Effectiveness Programs.

  13. Adheres to Ethical Compliance Policies, Codes, Guidelines and Laws.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
