About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Airline Specialist for Ticketing Services (CSR) to join our dynamic team in our Cebu City, Cebu office. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our airline clients and their passengers, ensuring seamless ticketing and reservation management.

Start Date: November 14 and November 28

Work Setup: Onsite, Shifting Schedule (Mostly nightshift)

Location: Cebu IT Park

With Virtual and Onsite Application Options

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle inbound calls from airline customers and passengers, addressing queries and resolving issues related to ticketing, reservations, and other travel-related inquiries
  • Process ticket sales, changes, and refunds in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide detailed information and guidance to customers on airline policies, procedures, and travel options
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Adhere to all company and industry standards, policies, and regulations

What We're Looking For

  • College Graduates with or without Experience
  • Highschool Graduate (Old Curriculum), SHS or College Undergraduates
  • Must Have 6 months experience in BPO for
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Basic salary of 20,610 + 2,000 Non-Taxable Allowance

  • Medical Clearance
