About the role

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, this full-time CSR | ONSITE PROCESS | PHONE CALL INITIAL INTERVIEW role is based in Angeles City, Pampanga. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service support to our clients through phone and email interactions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate team members
  5. Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
