Job Description
The Retail Media Executive plays a key role in managing end-to-end campaign execution across retail media channels, including on-site and off-site placements as well as sponsored search. The Retail Media Executive will be responsible for campaign setup, trafficking, quality assurance, and performance monitoring to ensure timely and efficient delivery. The role also involves coordinating with brand teams to align assets with technical and brand guidelines, managing media documents, and producing standardized performance reports.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day setup, trafficking, and quality assurance (QA) of all advertising assets across the Retail Media (on-site ads and off-site ads, sponsored search, etc.).
- Monitor available media inventory, placement delivery, and pacing to ensure campaigns are on track to fully utilize their budget and complete on schedule.
- Coordinate with brand to ensure ad copies, banners, and video assets adhere to technical specifications and brand guidelines.
- Act as the first point of contact for technical issues related to campaign delivery and tracking.
- Safe keeping of media documents and ensuring all campaign related docs are complete and stored properly.
- Daily monitoring of campaign performance metrics (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, ROAS, GMV) and flagging any underperforming campaigns to the Retail Media Manager.
- Pull and format raw data into clear, standardized reports (weekly, monthly, and post-campaign) for internal review and for presentation to brand partners.
- Support the team by gathering and analyzing market trends, competitive Retail Media offerings in the Philippines, and pricing benchmarks.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with external counterparts regarding campaign delivery and data requests.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a digital marketing, media operations, advertising agency, or e-commerce role.
- Direct experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ad Servers, or DSPs) is highly desirable.
- High Attention to Detail: Essential for accurate campaign setup, data entry, and reporting.
- Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can anticipate needs and take initiative to improve operational efficiency.
