Media Buyer (Linear TV)Location: Remote, Philippines (U.S. Hours – Central Time, 8 AM–5 PM CST)

Compensation: $1,200 USD per month

About the Role:

Workspark is hiring a Media Buyer to support a top U.S. advertising agency. This role is focused on linear television campaigns. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing TV media buys, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring flawless delivery against strict KPIs.

This is a long-term, stable role inside Workspark. We are not looking for freelancers or short-term contractors. We want a professional who treats this as their career.

What You Will Do:

  • Plan and launch linear TV buys based on strategy and budgets

  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance against CPM and response KPIs

  • Adjust campaigns daily to hit performance thresholds

  • Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies quickly

  • Collaborate with analytics and internal teams for insights

  • Communicate results and optimizations clearly to stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in linear TV media buying

  • Understanding of CPM, impressions, and campaign KPIs

  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, reports)

  • Detail-oriented with urgency and accuracy under tight deadlines

  • Clear English communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Wrike) or analytics tools (Domo) is a plus
