Job Description

As an Account Administrator, you'll support Australian construction and facilities teams by managing work orders, preparing reports, and providing essential administrative support that keeps operations running smoothly and efficiently.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience, preferably in the construction industry
  • At least 3 years' experience in admin and work order tasks
  • Experience working with Australian and New Zealand clients; trade service knowledge is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel - intermediate, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail with strong data accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Your Daily Tasks

  • Enter work orders into the system in coordination with the Operations Manager and Facilities Coordinator
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, including creation, tracking, and completion
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to outstanding work orders
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing office supplies
