MFT Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain MOVEit Transfer and Automation platforms.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and secure access controls.
• Create and maintain automated file transfer workflows.
• Monitor system health, logs, and troubleshoot issues.
• Apply software upgrades, patches, and security updates.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and other frameworks.
• Maintain encryption keys, SSL/TLS certificates, and firewall rules.
• Document configurations and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of experience with MOVEit Transfer/Automation.
• Strong knowledge of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2).
• Windows Server administration and IIS experience.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Understanding of SSL/TLS, PGP encryption, and SSH key management.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and firewalls.

Preferred:

• MOVEit Administrator certification.
• Experience in MSP or multi-tenant environments.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and Azure cloud services.
• Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA Security+, Microsoft).
