Travel Account Specialist

Communicate with customers in Professional Manner & provide solution for specific requests as per process guidelines. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing the customer support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our travelers
- Book flights, hotels, and cars using Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
- Issue, reissue, and refund flight tickets on GDS
- Respond to traveler inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Job Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate
- Must have at least 1-year GDS experience (preferably Sabre and Amadeus)
- Preferably with travel account experience
- Proficient in using GDS Cryptic/Native commands to book and manage travel arrangements
- Excellent communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Willing to work onsite in Eastwood/Bridgetowne Quezon City
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Can start ASAP
