Responsibilities:

  • Perform auto detailing, paint protection film, and tint installation with precision, skill, and adherence to best practices.
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and upkeep of detailing equipment, chemicals, and workplace.
  • Accomplish assigned shop tasks such as car movement, inspection, and preparation.
  • Conduct thorough interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, waxing, and restoration of vehicles.
  • Inspect vehicles for defects, scratches, or damages and recommend corrective solutions.
  • Safely handle and properly store all detailing tools, machines, and chemicals.
  • Take accountability for back jobs and damages occurring during presence or handling.
  • Ensure consistent top-quality detailing, finishing, and customer satisfaction
  • Follow company standards, safety protocols, and proper work procedures at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members and report directly to the employer for instructions and updates.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (TESDA or vocational automotive courses is a plus).
  • With at least 1–2 years of proven experience in auto detailing, paint protection film, and tint installation.
  • Certificates for relevant trainings is an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of auto detailing processes, tools, and chemical handling.
  • Keen attention to detail with commitment to delivering high-quality results. attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Passion for cars and automotive culture is a plus.
