DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy:

  1. Positioning Models:Analyze and recommend product positioning strategies by evaluating customer demographics and needs across different regions (clusters). Tailor offerings to the specific transportation requirements of each region.
  2. Market Different Models:Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective campaigns that highlight the key selling points of each motorcycle model (Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki) to target customer segments.
  3. Pricing Strategy:Assess market data, competitor pricing, and model features to suggest optimal pricing for each product. Ensure that pricing reflects both the value of the product and the purchasing power of the target market.

Market Expansion Strategy:

  1. Branch Expansion:Conduct comprehensive market research to identify regions with growth potential and untapped customer bases for opening new branches.
  2. Market Research:Provide detailed analysis of market trends, emerging customer needs, and the competitive environment. Use this data to support product launches, promotions, and regional market positioning.
  3. Performance Metrics:Create network evaluation reports with KPIs that track the performance of existing branches and new markets. Use these insights to drive strategic growth initiatives and enhance overall market penetration.

Data-Driven Insights:

  1. Customer Insights:Analyze customer feedback and purchasing behavior to provide actionable insights that improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  2. Competitor Analysis:Keep track of competitor activities and market movements. Use these insights to stay ahead in pricing, model offerings, and expansion strategies.
  3. Sales Analysis:Support the sales team by analyzing product performance across branches and identifying which products are performing well or need better marketing/positioning.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  1. A Senior high school graduate in courses related to Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, and Engineering provided that the candidate has the required relevant work experience indicated and with the approval of the hiring manager and department head.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in market analysis, product management, or business development within the automotive, motorcycle, or similar industries.
  3. Proven experience in pricing strategies, market positioning, and sales analysis.
  4. Familiarity with the Philippine market, particularly in the automotive or retail sector, is highly desirable.
  5. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive business decisions.
  6. Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  7. Proficiency in data visualization tools and Microsoft Excel.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report preparation and presentations.
  9. Ability to work collaboratively across departments (sales, marketing, operations).
  10. Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
