About the role

As an Automotive Cashier at Jetour Auto Phil Inc., you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of our thriving automotive company. This full-time position is based in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office, where you will be responsible for handling cashiering and accounting duties to support the smooth functioning of our business.

What you'll be doing

1. Receiving and processing customer payments for vehicle sales, services, and parts
2. Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions
3. Reconciling daily cash receipts and bank deposits
4. Preparing and submitting financial reports to the accounting department
5. Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any billing-related issues
6. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
7. Collaborating with the accounting team to maintain the integrity of financial data

What we're looking for

1. At least 2 years of experience in a cashier or accounts payable role, preferably in the automotive industry
2. Strong numerical and financial acumen, with the ability to handle cash and reconcile accounts accurately
3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
4. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
5. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. A team player with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn and grow
