Outcomes Expected And Responsibilities

  • Provides support and leadership in achieving all agreed-upon project milestones for the assigned portfolio relating to the construction and deployment of all ARI Renewable projects.
  • Helps the team in developing a project schedule for each of our Projects Prior to NTP (together with the Project's Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) award winner). This Schedule shall be mutually agreed upon, and detailed until level 5/6 scope.
  • Conduct site visit verification of the different project sites of ARI to verify accomplishments with actual accomplishments against baseline, to analyze issues and risks with schedule impact, and to recognize best practices for lessons learned.
  • Works with the project based scheduler to monitor, modify, and manage the Project Schedule and generate a regular Critical Path Analysis of the projects.
  • Serves as the custodian of the Project Schedule for all ARI Projects and ensures completeness and availability in the system (MS Project).
  • Works with the Project Team to generate project-specific mitigation plans.
  • Provides assistance to Project Development (PD) team and Stakeholder Relations and Compliance (SRC) team in providing detailed high-level construction timelines for projects, which includes their team's inputs.
  • Document all project schedule related commitments.
