Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of timekeeping systems (e.g., Jeonsoft), HRIS, and government statutory benefits & employee relations/engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to do multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
Job Description:
- Manage and monitor timekeeping systems and attendance reports for weekly-based salary employees.
- Administer employee benefits (statutory and company-initiated) and provide timely updates to employees.
- Maintain and update employee records (201 files and HRIS).
- Support employee relations, including discipline cases, employee activities, and communication updates.
- Oversee employee services such as shuttle coordination, staff house, lockers, and janitorial services.
- Facilitate employee separation processes, including clearance and final pay documentation.
- Monitor office supplies, cleanliness, and maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
- Prepare HR reports, ensure compliance, and assist in incident or disciplinary reporting.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Plant HRAD Manager.
