About the role

We are seeking Flight Care Representatives to join our dynamic team at FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their travel-related needs are met with the utmost care and attention. What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  2. Providing detailed information about flight schedules, seat availability, and fare options
  3. Assisting customers with booking, modifying, and cancelling flight reservations
  4. Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues to the appropriate team members as needed
  5. Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  7. Continuously learning about new products, services, and industry trends to provide the most up-to-date information to customers

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the travel industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using various computer systems and software applications
  5. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
